First Step to Decluttering
The first step to decluttering is being in the right mental space. Decluttering is a mentality more than a physical reality. Let me explain...

If you are not ready to let go of your past, you will have a hard time decluttering.
You must be mentally prepared to get rid of things...to move forward...

Letting go of items in your home can be emotional...but I promise that when you are done, you will feel more free to move forward with your life...to find new adventures, new relationships, and new things that you love doing.

Often when you are going through things, you may feel a sense of shame or guilt over an unfinished project that you lost motivation for. I'm here to tell you that it is OK to have unfinished projects...and it's also OK to let go.

If you feel that you honestly do not want to finish it...put it in a pile for ARC. You will feel free to choose a new project that you are truly passionate about! Decluttering is not just physical work but it is also mental and emotional work.

The less things you have in your home, the more your brain will be able to think clearly! It is truly amazing the shift that you will feel when you declutter your life! Have you ever walked into someone's home that was open and clutter free? What words come to mind about how you felt? Relaxed, calm, able to think with clarity...that is what you want in your home right?

So in order to move forward, you need to be ready to get rid of things in your life...maybe even things you've held onto for years and moved from place to place...this used to be me and I understand how it feels. But trust me, even better things are out there waiting for you!

Hi! I'm Rachelle and I'm a mom...

Four years ago, I caught 9 colds in 12 months. I was sick, tired, and stressed all the time. I had no energy to keep up with my kids. On top of all that, I struggled with depression and anxiety. The mom guilt was crushing...because I wasn't the mom I wanted to be.
Then I found a new way of living...I found a "red drink" that boosted my immune system and my energy levels like nothing else. We went toxin-free in our home and were free of headaches, skin irritations, and more. I even found healing from emotional trauma from my past.
Today I have energy to take care of my family and live life to the full. I've never felt better!
Now I am fearless and I’m on a mission to help a whole lot of people break free and empower themselves with the knowledge and resources I’ve worked so hard to get myself.
Come join our group of fearless momma’s and learn how you can find health & freedom with the knowledge and information we share in our exclusive community.
