I recommend using a variety of electrolytes because different ones have different amounts of minerals and ratios so it's good to have a variety to switch it up!
Favorites for Extra Protein
These are some of my favorites to add to smoothies or even plain Greek yogurt for extra protein.
Flavorless Collagen I add a scoop to my Greek yogurt with 18 grams to get 28 grams!
MCT Chocolate Collagen - I use one scoop of this & 2 scoops of flavorless collagen for 30 grams of protein in a smoothie!
Chocolate Bone Broth Protein Powder - I love hot chocolate. If you mix this in hot water and add some coconut milk or half & half, it is a great substitute with 20 grams of protein in just 90 calories!
