How To Use Feelings Wheel
You will use the video guide above to do the Aroma Reset each day! You can use the Feelings side of the wheel to find the emotion you are feeling if you are struggling to name what you are feeling!
Once you get to the part of the video where you will inhale the oils, you will pick one of the scents on the wheel to inhale!
For this video: Choose either Clear 1, Clear 2, or Clear 3.
Clear 1 - Memory Release Blend: Lavender, Stress Away, & Frankincense
Clear 2 - Inner Child
Clear 3 - Release
Affirmation - Believe (You will use this one for another version that I will teach you!)
