IT'S EASY TO TELL YOURSELF "IT'S NOT THAT BIG OF A DEAL.
Or “I’ll figure it out later”
Or “I just need to try harder next time”
But staying stuck in your negative behavior patterns has a cost.
Even if it feels small in the moment.
It looks like…
◾ yelling at your kids…again...then replaying it later wishing you hadn't snapped
◾ telling yourself you’ll start exercising this week… and then skipping it again… and again
◾ avoiding your business work even though you want to make money and doing everything else instead... including all the chores you usually avoid
And over time?
It starts to shape how you see yourself.
You start to wonder if you can actually trust yourself.
Following through feels harder.
And every “fresh start” feels a little heavier than the last.
And the hardest part is that you are losing hope & believing that this is "just the way you are."
