This delightful resource walks mothers-to-be through using oils safely in first, second, third trimester, labor and beyond. I loved being able to reference this book in my oily pregnancy!
This book is my favorite tool for using oils around babies and children safely and effectively. Everything is in alphabetical order for ease of use!
This is the best resource for looking up all oils and conditions! You can also find similar information in a phone app called Reference Guide For Essential Oils by Abundant Health for $6.99.
This is a beautiful and comprehensive recipe book complete with index. Many similar recipes can be found for free in our exclusive member area in printable format but this book does have some different ones!
