Hi, I’m Rachelle — a passionate follower of Christ, whose mission is to help women experience the freedom that Christ died to give us through prayer and subconscious emotional release work to rewire the nervous system for safety with God, yourself, and others.
I'm a holistic coach, emotional release practitioner, and founder of Unlock Your Potential.
I help Christian entrepreneurs heal trauma, regulate their nervous system, and feel safe being seen, successful, and fully themselves.
After burning out in hustle culture and realizing that trauma healing — not more strategy — was the missing link, I began helping others clear emotional and spiritual blocks keeping them from thriving in business and life.
Now I host transformational programs that help women unlock peace, purpose, and prosperity through faith, subconscious rewiring, and nervous system healing.
