A Little About Me
Hi, I’m Rachelle - a holistic coach and emotional release practitioner who helps Christian entrepreneurs regulate their nervous system, heal internal blocks around visibility and success, and grow businesses rooted in peace, purpose, and alignment.
My work was born out of my own experience in hustle culture — doing all the “right” things, following all the strategies, and still ending up burned out and disconnected from the way God actually designed growth to feel.
What I discovered is that sustainable expansion doesn’t come from trying harder. It comes from creating safety in the body.
Now, I support women in addressing growth at the root level — working with the nervous system, subconscious patterns, and faith-grounded inner work — so clarity, confidence, and aligned action can emerge naturally instead of being forced.
