The monthly (proxy & virtual) Group MBSR Sessions will be on the last Thursday of each month during the day. You don't need to do anything special like lay down or set aside time in your day in order to be cleared each month.
The LIVE Mindset & Life coaching sessions will be held every last Saturday of the month at 9:00 AM MST. Set aside an hour to an hour & a half once a month to come get coached live! ALL replays will be available to you the duration of your subscription.
